3. Instructions
Before use, put the kit on ice to dissolve, shake and mix well, nucleic acid extraction or purification reagents should be prepared by yourself.
4. Notes
1. The kit should be stored at low temperature in the dark;
2. All components in the kit should be thawed naturally before use, mixed well and centrifuged briefly to avoid bubbles;
3. Use disposable tips, disposable gloves and wear special work clothes during the experimental operation;
4. Sample processing, reagent preparation, and sample addition should be carried out in different areas to avoid cross-contamination;
