Culture medium	MMO-MUG medium: composition (g/L): ammonium sulfate 5.0; Manganese sulfate 0.0005; Zinc sulfate 0.0005; Magnesium sulfate 0.1; Sodium chloride 10.0; Calcium chloride 0.05; Sodium sulfite 0.04; Amphotericin B 0.001; ONPG 0.5;MUG 0.075;Solanium extract 0.5;HEPES 6.9;HEPES sodium salt; Take 100ml of water sample from a 100ml sterile dilution bottle and add 2.7±0.5g of this product, shake evenly to completely dissolve it, and put it into an incubator at 36±1 ℃ for 24 hours.
Subculture procedure	Samples require a total of 50L of sterile water or sterile saline to dissolve. Before use, the quality control sample is placed at room temperature for 30min, then opened in the biosafety cabinet, 5mL of sterile water is immediately added, dissolved and sucked out into a sterile bottle, the remaining sterile water is repeatedly washed into the inner wall of the penlin bottle, and all of them are transferred to the above sterile bottle, which is the standard sample stock solution.

3. instructions

The samples require a total of 50L sterile water or sterile saline to dissolve. Please place the sample at room temperature for 30 minutes before use., then open it in a biological safety cabinet, add 5 mL of sterile water immediately, dissolve it, suck it out and put it into a sterile bottle, and repeatedly wash the inner wall of the vial with the remaining sterile water, and transfer all the samples to the vial. The above sterile bottle is the standard sample stock solution.

4. Notes

1. After receiving the goods, please keep them properly. If there is any damage, please contact the center within 24 hours after receipt;

2. Please operate in a sterile environment, in a biological safety cabinet, and use it all at once after opening;

3. During use, it should be handled as infectious substances. Please do not directly touch the samples in the bottle with your hands. After use, please sterilize the residual samples at high temperature and high pressure and discard them.
